Get the Point Tracking System is Live! |

|
The Get the Point (GTP) Tracking System helps you incorporate healthful habits into your lifestyle. When you track your activities in GTP monthly, you'll accumulate points for things like eating well, exercising daily, listening to a HealthTracks audiocast and reading the HealthTracks Health Link.
To learn more or register for GTP, go to http://gtp.winforalaska.com.
|
Track your activities at least once a month in any one of the TWO AND/OR FOUR CONSECUTIVE MONTH incentive campaign periods. There are three campaign periods to choose from (shown below). Once you start tracking, you have TWO AND/OR FOUR CONSECUTIVE MONTHS to complete the GTP Incentive Campaign. If you don't reach a tier in the first two months, then you can try again. However, once you reach a tier, you are locked into that campaign period, and the system will not allow you to change campaigns to extend your time.
Personal Wellness Profile
The Personal Wellness Profile (PWP) is a brief online health questionnaire that will give you a report of your potential health risks based on your answers. The report will offer a summary of recommendations and resources to help guide you toward better health.
Click here to take your Personal Wellness Profile and get a full report on your health risks TODAY! The PWP is available to active AlaskaCare Employee Health Plan members only.
