My Tracking:
Use this section for recording daily exercise and nutrition with the new & faster calendar! It has been updated with a place to track your water intake, as well as an additional exercise and intensity box for each day.
Wellness Events:
Use this section for selecting specific wellness activities you have completed during the month, such as trying a new healthy snack or participating in a swimming event.
Mental/Spiritual Health:
This section includes specific mental/spiritual health activities you have completed during the month. Examples: Attending a spiritual service 2X or more this month and doing something nice for someone else 25+ days this month.
Safety/Health Decisions:
"Take the bus, ride share or ride your bike to reduce emissions at least 2x per week this month," and "donate blood this month" are a couple of the decisions you could earn points for in this section.
Annual Accomplishments:
Items under this tab include getting annual exams, flu shot, and changing the batteries in your smoke detector. Activities under the Annual Accomplishments tab are only available one time per year.
Common Questions
Can I participate and earn prizes more than once?
Yes, you may participate and are eligible for prizes each campaign.
What does it mean when an activity is highlighted in blue?
Activities highlighted in blue are accompanied with an attachment. The attachment has more detailed information pertaining to the activity. Simply select the activity from the drop down box and a “download” link will appear underneath the activity box. Click on the “download” link to view and/or print the attachment.
