Pilates success story

The physical benefits surprised me the most. I was really skeptical at first, thinking that Pilates wouldn’t be much of a workout. However, I was very surprised and delighted at the results. It is a much harder workout then I expected. My core is stronger, and I have found muscles that I didn’t know exist. Plus, having Pilates scheduled weekly kept me motivated, committed and accountable to attend. If you are wondering about taking a class, I would say give it a try and stick with it. And the EXTRA benefit is you can’t beat FREE.
