Biking Thursdays, July 9 - August 20
- UAA campus at 12 pm: Meet Wellness Consultants Brook Predeger and Angelique Garnand at the southeast entrance of the Consortium Library for a 45-minute light trail ride. All experience levels welcome. You must provide your own bike and helmet (required).

Walking Wednesdays, June 10 – August 19
- UAA campus at 12 pm: Meet Wellness Consultant Heidi Beer at the southeast entrance of the Consortium Library for a 45-minute walk around campus.
- UC campus at 12 pm: Meet Wellness Consultant Angelique Garnand or Judy Ellenburg at the coffee cart for a 45-minute walk to the Loussac Library and around Cuddy Park.
