Weight Watchers in Juneau
If you're interested let us know
The Weight Watchers coordinator in Juneau is looking to start a group on campus if there is enough interest. The group would meet weekly for 17 weeks. The cost would be $186 per/person and includes 19 weeks of free etools.
Staff/faculty and spouses or significant others are invited to join. Are you interested? Let us know.

Wellness Break is a free half-day event brought to you by WIN for
Alaska—your Health In Action Team. We offer blood cholesterol and
glucose screenings, chair massage (many locations), healthy snacks, a wellness walk, and presentations. The format lets you drop in and out
or stay for the whole event.
June Challenge—Men's Health
Increase awareness of preventable health problems
This month gives you an opportunity to encourage men and boys to seek regular medical advice and early treatment for disease and injury.
Review the "Get it Checked" brochure and share the information with a loved one: father, uncle, brother, cousin, son, etc. and you can earn 10 points in HAT.
