Our Juneau Wellness Consultant, Stephanie Yates, will have two presentations in the afternoon.

WIN for Alaska is in the spotlight for this event.
We'll have chair massages, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings, and body composition analysis available on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll also have a table dedicated to nutrition with a focus on healthy fats and fiber. (Yes, there will be samples.)
