Meet face-to-face with one of our experienced wellness consultants for no out-of-pocket cost to you. During a series of six sessions your wellness consultant will work with you to develop a healthy lifestyle plan. Whether your needs include weight management or stress reduction, your wellness consultant can help you be successful. Limited sessions available.
About the Sessions
#1 Initial Session
This session is designed to lay the groundwork for the upcoming six months of sessions. We will do a goal-setting exercise to determine where you are in relation to your goals. We will also develop an individualized meal plan and exercise routine if applicable. By the end of one hour you will have a vast array of resources and information to help you toward better health and wellness.
Sessions #2-#5
These
are 30-minute "check-ups" to find out how your plan is working and make any adjustments if necessary. During these sessions you'll get biometric screenings and plenty of support.
#6 Final Strategy Session
This session will wrap up the six-month program. You will receive another round of biometric screenings, and your wellness consultant will graph the results to show you the areas of marked improvement. Your wellness consultant will also make concluding program adjustments if needed. You will learn final strategies and receive the motivation needed to be successful without the hands-on assistance of a wellness consultant. Finally, you will receive a $20 cash card for your hard-earned healthy lifestyle changes.
