Debra has established effective Wellness Breaks that are informative and responsive to local needs as expressed by participants; and modified offerings to meet specific individual goals as well as campus needs.

Deb has "taken charge" of her wellness mission by incorporating little wellness reminders, sent via email and posted around campus. She is an approachable HR employee, and a truly compassionate human being.

She is willing to incorporate suggestions into the overall wellness plan for the college and finds resources to meet individual and departmental needs. Deb seems happier in her new mission. While she would be the first to admit she needs to do more for herself, her humility makes her the perfect person to assist the rest of us. She models the success she wishes for and helps plan for the rest of us!
