What’s your blood sugar level? If you don’t know, it’s probably time to find out. A fasting blood test can tell you and your doctor this crucial number. If it’s between 100 and 125 mg/dl, you have pre-diabetes. If it’s above 125, you have diabetes - which can lead to heart disease, blindness, and other serious conditions. Learn to eat right and stay active. It can help high blood sugar return to a healthier level.
