When you track your activities in GTP monthly, you’ll accumulate points for things like eating well, exercising daily, listening to a Health In Action audiocast, and reading the Health Link eNewsletter. P.S. Once you start you have four consecutive months to complete the GTP incentive campaign. If you don’t reach a tier your first try you can try again next month. But once you reach a tier you are locked in.
