Shannon Brady Garman
Owner
Shannon provides comprehensive wellness programs that include coaching, lifestyle education, physical events, behavior modification techniques, and personal improvement plans that guide employees towards making informed decisions and being accountable for their health. She works relentlessly at decreasing health risks, improving health awareness, and providing environments that encourage healthy living and positive lifestyle choices. Shannon has traveled to over 150 locations throughout Alaska and has enjoyed learning about cultures that make up our state.
Her wide range of expertise includes: health and wellness; kinesiology; adult and child education; health science; human performance; CPR/first aid, HIV AIDS Instruction; human resources; workers compensation; ergonomics; safety; and biomechanics. Her additional specialties include Anthropomorphic Skin Fold Testing; bio-impedance; hydrostatic weighing; athletic training; VO2 MAX and sub-MAX testing; nutritional analysis; exercise prescriptions; personal training, business development; and public speaking.
Shannon received the Alaska Journal of Commerce Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2005. She also enjoys serving as a member on several non-profit Boards.
Summer Bass Neuroth

Summer has been able to significantly impact organizations bottom line costs by implementing health management programs as a cost saving strategy.
Her networking, resourcefulness, entrepreneurial spirit, and communication skills have assisted in the growth of a successful pioneering Alaskan business. She has managed employees, subcontractors, and business financials, while at the same developing educational materials. She has invested time incorporating other health professionals to work with WIN for Alaska, Inc. clients so they are ensured true, accurate, and up to date health information. Traveling throughout Alaska has allowed her to learn about the diverse cultures and needs Alaskans face, as well as speak, cultivate, and teach awareness and skills.

Ingvild Priebe, RD
Wellness Consultant, Anchorage
Ingvild shares WIN for Alaska’s mission to promote better physical and mental well-being by emphasizing “real-life” habits in nutrition and exercise. Her goals as a dietitian are to work with other health care professionals providing comprehensive and multidisciplinary care.
As a dietitian, Ingvild has made recommendations to physicians regarding nutritional support for high-risk patients, provided in-patient counseling, follow-up, and outpatient counseling in various areas of nutrition, developed menus, managed kitchen staff, planned special events, and prepared nutrition care plans for patients. She also has experience in teaching adult wellness classes with topics covering nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification.
Cindy Salmon, LD, RD
Wellness Consultant, Fairbanks
Cindy's goal is to educate and empower clients in making positive lifestyle changes, increasing quality of life, and decrease effects of chronic disease through improved nutrition, physical fitness, and health habits. A lifelong Alaskan, Cindy graduated from Austin E. Lathrop High School in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1975 and Northern Arizona University, with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition Science with a Chemistry Minor, Cum Laude, in May 1993. She went on to her Dietetic Internship at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 1995-1996.
Cindy is a Licensed Dietitian, Registered Dietitian, Personal Fitness Trainer, holds a Nautilus Certification, CPR certification and is a Certified Personal Fitness Specialist. She is a professional member of the American Dietetics Association, American Diabetes Association, and American Association of Diabetes Educators.
Her experience includes medical nutrition therapy, diabetes self-management training, nutrition and fitness education and training, menu development, facilitated smoking cessation groups, based on the American Cancer Society’s FreshStart Program and the American Lung Association Programs, and designed and led adaptive physical fitness classes for physically and developmentally challenged participants. She has served as a Distance Education Instructor for the Science of Nutrition and held an adjunct faculty position teaching Physical Education & Nutrition courses at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks.
Stephanie Yates, MSPT, ATC
Wellness Consultant, Juneau
Stephanie's expertise is in treating patients with peripheral joint and spinal dysfunctions like tendonitis, bursitis, and spinal disc injuries; sports-related injuries; post-operative orthopedic surgeries like joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, and fracture stabilizations; and over use injuries. She has provided athletic training services to Juneau-Douglas High School’s swimming and hockey teams. Over the past eight years, her continuing education has focused on nutrition for health promotion, optimal healing, and sport recovery; kinetic control and movement dysfunctions of the spine; cycling biomechanics, bike fitting, and endurance training of the cyclist; and mobilization of the nervous system. Her professional affiliations include the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
